Dr. Dre says he’s contributing to Grand Theft Auto game with new music in December.

The teasers and hints for a new Dr. Dre album is going around for over a year but now it looks, we may get new music from the rap mogul at the end of this year. A blogger with IG username gwin34, shared a picture of him getting a chance to meet the legendary producer, and he said that Dr. Dre told him that he will be contributing to the Grand Theft Auto game.

“Not everyday you meet an absolute legend!! And @drdre you couldn’t be any freakin cooler. Dre, I appreciate the love you showed and we bumping Eminem all week since you said that’s what you boppin too! He said new music coming this year and Hov is 100% the reason he doing the Super Bowl,” he wrote.

One of his followers asked him, “New music by Dre or Eminem?,” to which he says, “He said new music from him for Grand Theft Auto game in December.

Recently, Rockstar Games announced that the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The definitive edition, a game collecting GTA 3, GTA: Vice City and GTA: San Andreas will be released in one collection this December.

It’s worth noting that all of these games have expertly curated music in their libraries that play throughout the game and, of course, on the vehicle radio. The music ranges from hip-hop to rap and includes rock, soft rock, alternative, indie, and pop genres. For the time being, the project remains top-secret, since it is unclear whether Dr. Dre would compose new music and join the Rockstar Games team to complete the “Grand Theft Auto Trilogy.”

It was already announced that Dr. Dre will join Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and Mary J. Blige for a performance at NFL Super-Bowl Halftime show in Feberuary next year, so there are strong chances of getting some new music from the Compton legend, which could be his long awiated album.
