DJ Khaled finally gets rare Eminem “Encore” Jordan 4s Sneakers.
DJ Khaled is a big sneakerhead, and always collects popular and rare pairs of footwear. The record executive took to his social media to share that he finally copped the rare Eminem “Encore” Jordan 4s sneakers.
I finally got em. Anybody know me, I’ve been trying to get these for the longest time. Yes I have a lot of sneakers, I collect sneakers, I collect watches and I love my sneakers. But I’ve been trying to get these for so long, finally got em. This is the OG Shady.
The rare sneakers were released back in 2005, when Eminem and Nike teamed up to create a special blue, red, and black colorway of the Air Jordan IV to commemorate the release of his “ENCORE” album. It is rumored that only around 50 pairs were made, which was given to friends and family. According to reports, the pair worth around $45,000 a pair.
Eminem and Nike recently released a limited edition sneaker called the “Encore.” These sneakers are a re-release of a previously popular model that originally came out in 2005.
The Encore sneakers feature a white and blue colorway with red accents, inspired by Eminem’s “Encore” album. The sneakers also feature a unique lace lock system, as well as “E” and “M” branding on the tongue and heel. The insole of the sneaker features a graphic of the Detroit skyline, paying tribute to Eminem’s hometown.
The Encore sneakers are a highly sought-after item for fans of both Eminem and Nike. They were released in very limited quantities, making them a rare and highly collectible item. It is not clear if Nike and Eminem have any plans to re-release the Encore sneakers in the future.
