Demi Lovato on Eminem, “I can relate to him – being in recovery.”
Demi Lovato and Eminem aren’t two names that come to mind when you think about music. However, the pop singer recently stated that she would like to change that, stating that she would love to collaborate with the iconic rapper in the studio.
Demi Lovato hopes she and the Detroit Legend can make “Something Awesome” together, inspired by their experiences as recovered drug addicts. Lovato expressed her wish to work with the Rapper as she spoke about her upcoming fifth album.
Lovato’s fondness for hip-hop may surprise hip-hop aficionados, but Lovatics are more familiar with the genre. Last year, she gained news for her gut-wrenching cover of Lil Wayne’s “How to Love.” She confessed her appreciation for the rapper and his song when asked about the extremely personal track.
On her upcoming project, Lovato says, “I’m excited to explore with different sounds, which is what I’m doing in the studio right now, and see what comes about“. Lovato also shares her dream collaborations, which include Eminem too on It.
