Conway the Machine reveals the “From King To A God” tracklist.
After giving us his ‘LULU’ EP with The Alchemist in March, Conway The Machine returns with some new material as he teams up with Wu-Tang veteran Method Man for a new single called “Lemon“.
Along with the track, he also reveals the Covert Art and official tracklist of his upcoming album “From King to a God” which is releasing on September 11 via Drumwork/Griselda/EMPIRE. The album will have 11 tracks with guest appearances from DeJ Loaf, Freddie Gibbs, Westside Gunn, Benny the Butcher, and more.
Conway has enlarged From A King To A God, which was initially described as an 11-song project, to a 14-track LP. Songs made by DJ Premier, Murda Beatz, and Khrysis, as well as interludes by the late DJ Shay, are among the new additions.
Conway’s record will be the first from Griselda Records after Shay’s death in August. Armani Caesar and Westside Gunn were meant to release their projects that month, but they postponed them due to the loss of their mentor.
