Charlamagne Tha God lists the most influential rappers.
Charlamagne Tha God often makes the headlines for his statements on hip-hop and rappers, and the popular journalist once again lists some of the rappers, who are the most influential ever. The Breakfast Club host revealed his list of most influential rap artists on his Brilliant Idiots podcast.
“I’m not gon’ say the number order, but it’s four: Kanye, Jay, Pac, Wayne,” he said. “Four most influential rappers of all time.” When someone mentioned that Chief Keef should be there too, Charlamagne disagreed. “You know why I don’t put Chief Keef in there? Because Chief Keef didn’t influence like, the world,” he responds. “He influenced a sound of a region. He didn’t influence the world. Those four people I named literally influenced people all over the world.”

However, Charlamagne Tha God was going at Ye a few months ago, for harassing his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. “Speaking of big egos, Kanye West, remember when you called me last November and we were yelling and screaming at each other?” Charlamagne said as gave Kanye “Donkey of the Day” title. “You told me what you really mad about, king! You told me what is really bothering you in this situation! This is why it’s hard to take you serious when I see you rant!
“You know I know! You can fool people on social media, you can fool the general public, but you know I know. Let’s just leave it at that for now… Unless, Kanye, you want me to say more? Personally, I’ma just send you some healing energy.”
Charlamagne When discussing the possibility of an Eminem versus Verzuz match, Tha God and co-host Andrew Schulz came to the conclusion that the Detroit great would likely lose against more contemporary athletes. He answered,“Em gets washed in any Verzuz,” he said. “Y’all gon’ stop this. Any. Em don’t have the songs like that. Em can rap and we like Em as a rapper.”
