Eminem getting inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame before Nas, Outkast, and Lauryn Hill is ridiculous, according to Benzino.
Eminem must have stopped giving any attention to Benzino but it seems like Benzino can’t get enough of it. The one-sided rivalry between Benzino and Eminem finally ended in March when Zino said the feud was done. However, this does not imply that Benzino admired Eminem’s handwriting.
Eminem will lead the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame entrants in 2022, it was revealed this morning. While many congratulated Em on his achievement, Benzino rebutted that the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame honours hip-hop in the same way as the Grammys do, without mentioning his old foe.”Rock and roll hall of fame is just like the Grammy’s, they have no respect for our culture, Black or Hip Hop and if you don’t agree, you’re racist, period point blank,” he tweeted.
“So where’s Nas, Eric B and RAKIM, Kool Moe D, Epmd, Fearless Four, Fat Boyz, Lauren Hill, Little Kim, OutKast and 100s other Black rappers?? GTFOH,” he wrote in a separate tweet.
This isn’t just Benzino’s opinion. As per a Rolling Stone article, Em was admitted into the Hall of Fame well before pioneers who set the stage.” Eminem has now been inducted to the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame before countless Black hip-hop pioneers who paced the way for his success. What message does that send?”
