Beanie Sigel Shot In New Jersey.
After serving 2 years prison sentence, Beanie Sigel was finally released back in August, But sadly the Rapper got shot in the Torso when he got into an altercation this morning in Pleasantville, New Jersey. According to reports, Beanie Sigel was taken to AtlanticCare Regional Medical Center City Campus. During the incident, another man was injured but he refused for any medical treatment. Police confirmed the victim as Dwight Grant, which is Beanie Sigel’s Real Name. The shooting was reported at 9:25 this morning at 834 Spruce Ave. Once suspect has been arrested and currently is in police custody. UPDATE : There is Adverse Reports Regarding Beanie sigel’s Condition. MTV Treating the Injuries are not life-threatening. On the other side, NBC reports he is in Critical condition.

UPDATE 2 : From the Latest Update, The Investigations tell that Beanie Sigel Was Not Intended Target In Shooting, the Shot were Meant for Bean’s Brother-in-Law, Umar Salahuddin. Beanie Sigel was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sigel is Currently in critical but stable Condtiion after the Surgery.
UPDATE 3. Beanie Sigel has been Released From hospital. the Doctors had to Cut out one of his lungs, because of Bullet pieces. Currently Beanie Learning Exercise on working with One Lung at the Bacharach Institute of Rehabiliation in New Jersey.
