Barack Obama is back with his annual Summer Playlist 2023.
Barack Obama continues with his tradition of revealing a Summer music playlist every year as he now unveils the 2023 list. “Like I do every year, here are some songs I’ve been listening to this summer — a mix of old and new. Look forward to hearing what I’ve missed,” he wrote.
As always, the list includes some of the current hits as well as old classics. The list includes songs like J Hus & Drake’s “Who Told You”, SZA’s “Snooze”, 2Pac & Dr. Dre’s “California Love”, Burna Boy & 21 Savage’s “Sittin’ On Top of the World”, Ice Spice & Nicki Minaj’s “Princess Diana”, Bob Dylan’s “Everything Is Broken”, Nas’s “The World Is Yours” and more.

“People seem to think, ‘Well, he must’ve had some 20-year-old intern who was figuring out this latest cut,’” he told Hasan Minhaj on if he really picks the songs himself. “No, man! It’s on my iPad right now.”
Last year in his Summer Playlist 2022, the former US President listed songs from Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, Harry Styles, Rakim, Drake, Rihanna, Vince Staples and more.
