21 Savage’s “America Dream” album tops Billboard 200 chart.
21 Savage continues his success on the charts as his latest album “American Dream” debuted at number 1 on the US Billboard 200. According to Luminate, the project moved 133,000 equivalent album units in the US in the week ending January 18.
This is 21 Savage’s fourth number 1 album on the US Charts. He previously earned number 1 with “I Am > I Was” in 2019, “Savage Mode II” with Metro Boomin in 2020 and “Her Loss” with Drake in 2022. American Dream earned him his best first-week sales for a solo album. In the opening week, the album was streamed 188 million times on Spotify.

The project comes with a pack of 15 tracks, including guest appearances from Doja Cat, Young Thug, Lil Durk, Travis Scott, Brent Faiyaz, Burna Boy, Mariah The Scientist and more.
The new album is a follow-up to his 2018 second solo album “I Am > I Was”. In 2022, the rapper teamed up with Drake for a joint album “Her Loss.” “I Am > I Was” topped the US Billboard 200 with 131,000 album-equivalent units, of which 18,000 were pure sales. “Her Loss” also debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 with 404,000 album-equivalent units in the first week.
