21 Savage takes aim at Gunna on the American Dream album.
21 Savage made his return to music last night as the rapper released his third solo studio album “American Dream.” In the song titled “Letter To My Brudda”, the rapper seemingly takes shots at Gunna over the snitching allegation in Young Thug’s YSL Rico case.
“Once you cross that line, it ain’t no tryin’ to fix it / You want me to forgive you, let’s be realistic / I can’t kick it with your kind like I tore my meniscus,” he raps.
“How you go from co-defendant to a f–kin’ witness? / They’ll stand on couches with you, but won’t stand on business / Woah, I watched everybody turn on my brother like he ain’t have ’em out here flyin’ jets and fuckin’ bi–hes / This sh-t ridiculous.”
In later part, he also raps about incarcerated Young Thug: “I feel your pain, my brother, I know you from the struggle / I know how hard you hustled just to take care of your mother / I know you took clothes off your back for ni–as you call brother.”
The new star-studded album also featured appearances from Travis Scott, Young Thug, Burna Boy, Mariah The Scientist, Lil Durk, Metro Boomin and more.
