2 Chainz returns with some new material as he drops his new mixtape which Titled as “T.R.U. Jack City” which also features The Real University. The Real University Label Features Cap 1, Skooly, and Short Dawg. The Project Includes 15 tracks & 2 Bonus tracks and Features Came from PeeWee Longway, Travis Porter, Young Dolph & More.
Chainz has huge plans for 2015, and he’s already kicking them off in the first quarter, “Top of the year is the rollout of the whole campaign with my third album,” he said, before revealing the concept for a new mixtape as well. “I’ve got this mixtape called Tru Jack City. It’s my mixtape, but it’s for up-and-coming rappers in Atlanta,” Bankroll Fresh, Young Dolph, Travis Porter, Peewee Longway, Cap 1, Skooly, and Short Dawg are among the musicians set to participate on the album, according to him.
The Production on the tape comes from Mike Will Made it, Metro Boomin, Zaytoven, DJ Spinz, 808 Mafia & More.
Lately, following his HLN debate with Nancy Grace, who wants to debate him again, 2 Chainz told XXL that his followers want him to run for mayor of his city. “I’m a musician, not a politician,” he said. “I’m supposed to be running for mayor in College Park. I got everybody wishing. I’m really gonna do this little mayor thing in College Park. I’m just trying to make sure I have the right qualifications.”
