2 Chainz marries longtime girlfriend Kesha Ward.
2 Chainz aka Tauheed Epps has finally married his longtime girlfriend Kesha Ward in a star-studded ceremony in Miami. 2 Chainz has been dating Kesha for a few years and proposed to her back in May at the MET Gala. The Wedding was attended by high-profile guests like Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Lil Wayne, Monica Brown, and more.
2 Chainz kept fans updated throughout the day on his preparations for the ceremony, including having his hair braided, showing off his son’s beautiful outfits, and the entrance of a white tiger at the hotel, which was originally Gianni Versace’s residence. He also published a lot of Instagram Stories from his reception following the “I dos.”
Ward walked down the aisle in a mermaid wedding gown while John Legend’s “All of Me” played over speakers in a video of the event uploaded on Instagram.
An Instagram Story film shows the pair being presented as “the handsome, debonair Tauheed and his stunning diva of a wife, Kesha” at the reception, where 2 Chainz donned a gold blazer and his bride wore a red gown.
During this year’s Met Gala, the rapper dropped down on one knee and proposed to Ward. Ward, who has two daughters, Harmony and Heaven, and a son, Halo, with the hitmaker, was seen wiping tears from her eyes and looking astonished and thrilled during the proposal. “It’s crazy, he just gave me this! So happy! I love it,” she told reporters on the red carpet as seen during E!’s live stream.
Kesha has three children with 2 Chainz. Heaven, born on July 26, 2008, and Harmony, born on October 20, 2012, are their girls, and Halo, born on October 14, 2015, is their boy. The couple’s three children were all born before they married. Kesha’s 83,000 Instagram followers get peeks of their family. She just posted a photo of the five-person family standing with the caption “The Epps.”
Fortunately, their long-awaited wedding allowed their daughters Heaven and Harmony, as well as their son Halo, to be present for their parents on their special day.
The 40-year-old was also pushing iron at the gym in the days leading up to the couple’s opulent wedding. He just posted an Instagram photo of himself breaking a sweat with the remark, “Headed to the beach!”
Throughout the day, 2 Chainz teased fans with glimpses of the wedding’s prep, such as getting his hair styled, showing off his son’s fancy attire, and the entrance of a white tiger at the resort, which was previously Gianni Versace’s residence. He also published a lot of Instagram Stories from his reception following the “I dos.”
