2 Chainz went to Detroit to battle B-Rabbit.
2 Chainz is up for a rap battle against B-Rabbit from 8 Mile. The “Dope Don’t Sell Itself” rapper recently pulled up to Detroit’s 8 Mile, and hilariously called out B-Rabbit aka Eminem for battle rap. He shared the clip on his social media from 8 Mile streets, and says, “where the f**k rabbit is ni**a. 8 Mile ni**a. Tell Rabbit I want motherf**king battle. One-on-one Rabbit.”
As we all know, B-Rabbit is an aspiring rapper from the 2002 movie “8 Mile”, which is played by Eminem. The film earned several awards, including an Academy Award for Best Original Song for “Lose Yourself” win for Eminem, Luis Resto and Jeff Bass at the 75th Academy Awards.
Every artist has either a message or a snarky remark as 2 Chainz did on the amazing movie 8 Mile. He’s putting B-Rabbit through a face-off in the movie. Even if he was joking, it was clear that 2 Chainz wanted the burn, and there must have been some anticipation that Slim Shady may accept his dare.
8 Mile, directed by Scott Silver and co-starring Mekhi Phifer, the late Brittany Murphy, Michael Shannon, and Kim Basinger, was largely based on Shady’s life. The film debuted at No. 1 with a gross of $51,240,555 in its first weekend, which was the second biggest gross for an R-rated picture in the United States at the time.
2 Chainz previously collaborated with the Detroit Rapper on the “Chloraseptic” remix, which was originally appeared on Eminem’s 2017’s album “Revival”.
