Tyler, The Creator visits Funk Flex Show.
After his interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 last week, Tyler, The Creator who doesn’t do many interviews decided to do another one, this time in Funk Flex’s show on Hot 97.
In the long 2 hour interview, he talks about his new album ‘IGOR‘, his start to the music, why his music is considered ‘Weird’. some of his inspirations, his commercial success, criticizing Eminem’s recent stuff, their mutual love for cars and more.
In reactions to Eminem albums — “He put out this album called Relapse that I like,” Tyler exclaims. “[It was] weird … but it was him. … He went a hundred percent with what he wanted to go with.” During his thoughtful freestyle, Tyler pokes fun at Flex and mentions his own clothing line, hinting that GOLF le FLEUR* took in $17 million USD in 2018.
After the interview, Flex asked the rapper to do a freestyle which Tyler did with plenty of gay references in it and he also took shots at DJ Khaled. Watch it below.
