Nardwuar returns with another interview, and this time he catches up with PARTYNEXTDOOR. On the show, He talks about his early days growing up in Toronto, his music business, signing producers, connecting with Drake, and more.
Those of you who follow Party know that he is an extremely reserved person, not only outside music, but the 24-year-old artist has opened up a number of topics, including his first-ever meeting with the label boss Drake.”First time I met Drake was 2012 at a studio in Toronto,” he said.
In addition, Nardwuar pressed PND on how he joined OVO Sound and raised the name of Jordan Evans, the Toronto producer. “He was a former mine producer, a lot of old music that hasn’t come out before,” said Party. “He got my music to Boi-1da, then it was Oliver [El-Khatib], and then Drake.”
