Lord Jamar praised Eminem on Vlad TV.
Lord Jamar once again returns to DJ Vlad’s show on Vlad TV for a new interview, and this time for a change, he praised Eminem. DJ Vlad asks, “Did you hear MGK’s song where he talked about killing Eminem on ‘Bullet with Names‘.”
Lord Jamar laughs and says “No, I didn’t hear that at all, his first one (Rap Devil) I definitely hear and I think it’s pretty good. Is the new one in rap, or is he doing Rock now?” DJ Vlad responded and said, “He is doing both, he’s becoming like Kid Rock.”
“That’s the one thing I’m gonna give Eminem credit for,” says Lord Jamar, “he never, I guess because he stays successful, all those whose success ended in hip-hop, they ended up going over to do some other shit to get a life somewhere else. Eminem is the only one who didn’t do that, but he’s the only one who still has a career as a white rapper.”
Sometimes back due to Vlad’s treatment of Louis Farrakhan, Lord Jamar and Godrey have said that they are no longer willing to be interviewed by DJ Vlad. During their meeting in which they announced their Vlad boycott, Lord Jamar regretted the fact that Black people didn’t band together to protect him from Eminem, as he and Godfrey were protecting Farrakhan from Vlad. Strange isn’t it?
After being chastised for misquoting preacher Louis Farrakhan last month, Lord Jamar has finally promised to cease giving interviews to DJ Vlad. When Royce learned of Vlad’s gaffe, he pleaded with him to make a public apologies. Lord Jamar and Godfrey withdrew their support for Vlad as a result, and it looks that Shady and Jamar are now on more equal footing.
