Joe Budden stops by The Breakfast Club on Power 105 for an Interview with Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee and DJ Envy.
On the show, he talked about his upcoming All Love Lost Album which is releasing later this week, Charlamagne Tha God giving Joe “donkey of the day” when he made comments about Meek Mill on his Podcast, the beef between Drake and Meek Mill, reality TV, losing battle to Hollow Da Don and much more.
“He just went really, really, really, really, hard,” Budden says of Charlamagne giving him Donkey of the Day. “He doesn’t go as hard for some other people when they’re in the same position. That one was worse than some of the others that you’ve given to people that you’re in good favor with.”
“I got on Charlamagne because he appeared to go out of his way to devalue me,” Budden said on his podcast in 2021. “One of the most prominent voices in this media thing—that one instance it appeared I was down—used all of his platforms and all of his might to continue to push the narrative that… Joe f–ked it up.”
“Since 2010 he has sat on that platform kicking my back in,” Budden continued. “Anybody that had anything negative to say, he spoke to them. He added fuel to anything negative Joe.”
