The host at the Joe Budden Tv shows racial hate towards Eminem.
It was recently announced that Dr. Dre is bringing Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige for a historical Super Bowl Halftime show performance which will take place on February 13 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. The line had all the Hip-Hop community, including fans and other artists of the music industry, who called them a lineup like Marvel’s Avengers. But still, there are some people who aren’t happy with the one artist on the lineup, which is Detroit Rapper Eminem. The flak took place at Joe Budden Tv’s “See, The Thing Is” Podcast, where the host Bridget Kelly hurls some racist hate at Eminem, calling him the token white guy.
Bridget Kelly, who co-hosts The Thing Is Podcast on the Joe Budden Network with Mandii B and Olivia Dope, has made some offensive remarks regarding Eminem’s Super Bowl participation in 2022.
“It’s the most black Halftime show, with just one white person. Beyonce was probably the only one and she still brought out Coldplay. Nicki Minaj came out with Madonna. Bruno Mars brought out Coldplay as well,” she said. “I would love to see the event because when we are gonna see Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige on stage together? I can do without Eminem. I don’t really care whether he’s there or not. Listen, Do you know what I do love about this? about Eminem being the token white guy on this? Usually, it’s the other way around. Usually, it’s a whole f**king line-up of white talent and then it’s like let’s just throw a person of colour in there so people don’t get upset, let’s not ruffle feathers. That’s what it feels like. This is like let’s get all these top tier black talent and let’s throw somebody white on the bill so we don’t piss anybody off.”
After catching backlash for her statement about Eminem, Bridget Kelly tweeted, “You bum a** bottom feeders need to get tf out my mentions defending Eminem. Nobody said he wasn’t a legend. They’ve never had an all Black halftime show, so yes, he is the token in this case. Go argue w/your mother about his impact, that was never up for debate. Losers.”
