G-Eazy details about a crazy oscar party, seeing Madonna and Quavo dancing.
G-Eazy recently dropped his brand new album “These Things Happen Too“, and during the promo run, he sat down with Shirley Ju for an interview on her show Shirley’s Temple. Among other things, the Bay Area rapper talks about a crazy oscar party he went to a couple of years ago, where he hang out with some big superstars, and also had a moment of Madonna shooting her shot at Migos’ member Quavo.
“So I was at this party with all those celebrities, cause it’s Oscar Party, Oscar Night. And I am trippin,” he said. “I’m at the bar having a beer with Adam Sandler, it’s just that type of thing like Johnny Depp just walked in, Madonna over there twerking on Quavo, I’m like yo, this is crazy.”
Quavo collaborated with Madonna on the song called “Future“, from her fourteenth studio album “Madame X” which dropped in 2019. They also performed the song at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 Finale.
In the interview, Gerald also talks about his collaborations with E-40, Lil Wayne, and Demi Lovato, gracing the cover of Playboy, Kobe Bryant calling him a young Elvis, buying his mom a house, teaching himself to produce & record, and more much more.
Quavo, one-third of the hip-hop trio Migos, recently ended his two-year relationship with Saweetie. The two were reported to have reconciled in August, but those reports were swiftly debunked by Saweetie’s witty tweet. Quavo has been more willing about revealing other aspects of his work life than he has been about their romance. Following the release of Migos’ Culture III album, the rapper recently announced that he is working on his sophomore album.
