Bizarre Reveals The Label Eminem really wanted to Sign with Before Dr. Dre’s Aftermath.
D12 member Bizarre sat down with DJ Smallz for an interview where he talks about his early days with Marshall Mathers. In the interview, he reveals that he was the person who introduced Eminem to his longtime manager/business partner Paul Rosenberg. He also talks about the various record labels who passed on Eminem before he signed with Dr. Dre’s Aftermath. “I can say one label that we really wanted to mess with that didn’t end up happening was Duck Down. He really wanted to be over there at Duck Down,” says Bizarre.”He wanted to be at Duck Down, and I wanted to be at Def Squad. I wanted to be down with Erick Sermon.”
Bizarre, the D12 member met Eminem in Detroit in the 1990s and formed a friendship with him. Bizarre, the former D12 rapper, recently came to social media to share some of his life experiences and encourage his fans to never give up on their aspirations. Bizarre also mentioned in his article that he took his good friend Eminem to New York for the first time when the famed rapper wanted to quit rapping. We don’t know which year it was because he didn’t provide any other information.
