Wale releases a new track “Max Julien.”
After announcing it earlier this week, Wale makes his return to the music scene with a new single “Max Julien.” The D.Woo produced track is titled after American actor, sculptor, and clothes designer, who passed away last year. “My silence has been golden….see you on Friday. Folarin back,” he wrote earlier this week.

“See / You see I’m that cosy / Everybody sayin’, “Twin”, can’t nobody clone me / And everybody fake friends, everybody lonely / And everybody ain’t him, I’m the one and only / They ain’t got the flows for me,” he raps.
This is Wale’s first new offering since 2021’s album “Folarin 2“, a follow-up to his 2012’s mixtape “Folarin“. The rapper reportedly also signed to Def Jam Recordings, and this is his first new music for the new label.
