Uncle Murda releases his annual Rap Up track for 2023.
Uncle Murda continues his year-end series of Rap Up Songs as he shares one for 2023 as we head into 2024. The song is produced by Great John, and it is titled Rap-Up 2023.
The Brooklyn hip-hop veteran raps for six minutes on the song, where he covers all the trending topics of the past 12 months. The song includes raps on Andre 3000, Gunna, Nicki Minaj, Megan Thee Stallion, Young Thug, Usher, Sexyy Red, Blueface and more.

On the song, Murda took shots at Andre 3000 over his new flute album “New Blue Sun.” “Andre 3000 finally put some sh-t out / Honestly, he was better off not putting sh-t out / I was tryna catch a vibe but I just couldn’t catch the sh-t / All he did was play flute, I wish he woulda said some sh-t.”
“Free Young Thug or give him bail, let’s be fair / He’s been going back and forth to court now for like three years / Y’all really doing too much now, that’s a lot / Young Thug’s ni–as wanna know if Gunna rat or not / Is he is or he ain’t, Young Thug just say this sh-t / ‘Cause the album kinda hot but I don’t be wanting to play the sh-t,” he raps for Young Thug.
“Diddy making sh-t hide, everybody going down / Since Cassie got paid, everybody want some money now / You know did he do it, did he drug her, did he ra-e her? / If you ain’t do the sh-t, Diddy why did you pay her?,” he rapped in part 2.
