Tyler, The Creator shares the new music video “Sorry Not Sorry”.
Following the release of “Dogtooth” earlier this week, Tyler, The Creator continues putting out new music as he now drops another new song called “Sorry Not Sorry”. The self-produced song arrives with a music video which shows every era of Tyler’s career, from him in the Cherry Bomb mask to his current persona, Tyler Baudelaire.
The track is the unreleased material that was recorded during “Call Me If You Get Lost” sessions, and is now being released with the deluxe project “CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST: The Estate Sale” which is dropping on 31st March.
The lyrics cover a range of themes, from offering apologies to his mother, ancestors, old friends, and past love interests for his previous egotistical behavior, to expressing his current disregard for criticism, as he has reached a new stage in life.
“Sorry I’m not empathetic (Nah, I’m f**kin’), sorry you think I’m pathetic / Sorry I don’t wanna bro down, sorry I don’t know your pronouns / I don’t mean no disrespect, but, damn, we just met, calm the f**k down / Oh, I’m out of touch and I’m a jerk? A bank account could never match my worth,” he raps.
