SZA Releases 3 New Songs "Joni", "I Hate You" & "Nightbird"

SZA drops three new songs.

While we wait for her upcoming project, a follow-up to “CTRL”, SZA decided to treat fans with some new freebies. Apart from a couple of collaborations, including “Kiss Me More” with Doja Cat, the last we heard from the Missouri artist was back in December with the track “Good Days“.

Now she decided to share some short songs on her SoundCloud. The songs are titled “Joni“, “I Hate You” and “Nightbird“. She also shared a self-directed visual for “Joni” on her IG. “I been wiped out like 3 times . Beat dat shit call me nine lives I got perfect timing . Perfect,” she sings.

SZA also created a dance visual for “Joni” with dancer Nana Yaa, which was shot by Blair Caldwell, edited by Annie Bercy, and directed by SZA. “Time does not wait for anyone. I’m sorry for anything we said in haste. Knowing that the golden hour is just around the corner, twilight beckons me. Wrist FROZE let the ice cry my name too loud.. double 00’s by name now,” she captioned, putting down the whole song’s lyrics.
