Lil Twist drops off a new Tape which is Titled “Young Carter” and Lil Wayne features in 3 new tracks with him. Yesterday, we heard Lil Wayne team up with Roc Nation.
The tracks “Nerve” & “Bugatti” is produced by Scorp Diesel, while “Thinking Bout You” is produced by PayAttention & Yung Shaud. All three songs appeared on Lil Twist’s new mixtape Young Carter.
“You deserve the world, and a f–king grammy / So get up and thank the lord and your f–kin’ family / Yeah, let me roll somethin’, the molly got her / sweatin’, cocoa got her nose runnin’ / Her body rockin’ that way, ‘bout blow something / I’m just thinking ‘bout you, about your loving,” raps Wayne on Thinking Bout You.
“How she just wanna be on the road and on the tour with me / Started out on the bed, then on the floor with me / She rub her hands through my hair, then she got ahold of me / Then I’m falling in love, it’s something new for me,” raps Twist.
“Man, it was amazing, it’s still amazing, but definitely at its peak was crazy coming off Tha Carter 3 was just a sight to see, it was historical,” said Twist on signing with Young Money at the young age in interview with The Knock Turnal. “I loved being a part of it and seeing Drake’s whole come up and all of us in hotel rooms and the same bus it was dope.”
“It’s the same as it’s always been, Wayne is like a big brother/ father figure,” he said about working with Lil Wayne. “At times I call him Pops when I’m tryna get more stuff done, ‘Pops I needa get this music done, Pops I need a new car,” (laughs) stuff like that. He definitely been a brother/father figure, his guidance always been there for me.”
