Saweetie drops a new song “Fast (Motion)”.
After assisting Gwen Stefani on “Slow Clap” last month, Saweetie returns with some new solo material as she releases a new single called “Fast (Motion)“. This will appear on her upcoming debut album “Pretty B*tch Music” which is dropping next month.
The blockbuster-styled video, directed by James Larese, shows Saweetie accomplishing everything from winning the World Cup to becoming a giant and playing basketball in the streets of New York. While there are obvious references to films like “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift“, Saweetie also included Easter eggs for some of her favorite Black-owned businesses. Brandon Blackwood, Matte Swimwear, Mielle Natural Hair Care, Frank’s Bod, and High Hemp are just a few of the brands Saweetie wears on a regular basis.
Back in March, Saweetie teamed up with Doja Cat and Stefflon Don for the “Best Friend” remix. Watch the James Larese directed-visual for the new single below.
