Rod Wave shares the “Call Your Friends” music video.
Rod Wave returns to the music scene as he releases a brand new single titled “Call Your Friends”. The song is produced by BeatsbyTrain, Ryan Bevolo, Landers & McCoy, and it arrives with an accompanying music video. This follows up on Rod Wave’s previous offering “Fight The Feeling“.
“I been up for three nights tryna plan out my life / I been living so wrong but I just wanna do right / It’s like I did her so wrong but wanted her to be my wife / Wanna pack up my clothes, my kids and catch us a flight,” he raps.
Rod Wave is prepping the release of his next album titled “Nostalgia” which will drop on 15th September. The project will follow up his December “Jupiter’s Diary: 7 Day Theory” EP.
Before that, Wave released his fourth studio album “Beautiful Mind” which topped the Billboard 200 with 115,000 equivalent units, including 157.73 million on-demand streams and 2,000 from pure sales. It was his second consecutive #1 album on the US Billboard chart, following 2021’s “Soulfly” which earned it with 130,000 album-equivalent units.
