Rakim enlists Kurupt and Masta Killa for “Be Ill.”
The legendary Rakim makes his return to the music scene as he enlists Kurupt and Masta Killa for a brand new song called “Be Ill.” This is the first release from his upcoming new album “G.O.D.s NETWORK: REB7RTH” which is scheduled to drop on July 26th.
The new album will feature appearances from Method Man, Canibus, KXNG Crooked, 38 Spesh, Kool G Rap, Snoop Dogg and more, including posthumous appearances from Nipsey Hussle, Prodigy, DMX and Fred the Godson.
“When you hear the INSANITY we’re cooking up for July 26th, you’ll salute to just like the G.O.D @thegodrakim,” wrote executive producer Matthew “M80” Markoff.
The upcoming album will be his first in 15 years, and a follow up to his 2009 third solo studio album “The Seventh Seal.”
