PARTYNEXTDOOR shares a new song “Resentment”.
PARTYNEXTDOOR returns with some new freebies as the OVO artist now unleashes the track titled “Resentment”. The self-produced track is the Canadian artist’s second offering of the year, following January’s release “Her Old Friends”.
“There you go (Pop a party pack) / Still runnin’ (Runnin’) from all of your problems (All your problems) / Shawty turned to the runnin’ man (Runnin’ man) / Soon as she (Soon as she) faces (Faces) drama (Drama) / You ain’t gon’ keep bringin’ up the past (Bringin’ up the past) / You ain’t gon’ keep turnin’ your back (Keep turnin’ in your back),” he sings.
PARTYNEXTDOOR hasn’t released an album since 2020’s “Partymobile“, and he’s reportedly working on his next one titled “PartyNextDoor 4″. “For recording it, it usually started in the afternoon and would go through the night, but during the mixing process it would start in the early morning. I’d take a break and then revisit it later on in the night,” he said about his previous project. “When I make my music, it’s never done in just one day… [It] could take a month or months before I get a final bounce of the record.”
