Logic drops the comical video of “Homicide” featuring Eminem.
Logic surprised the fans a couple of days ago when he announced a new collaboration with Eminem called ‘Homicide‘. Logic met the legendary Detroit MC a couple of months ago in Hawaii where he was invited as a guest performer in Eminem’s show.
The song “Homicide” can be found on Logic’s latest album, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, which was released last month. The rappers took turns spitting lightning-fast bars during the collaboration, which was their first time working together. Logic has had an extremely busy year. Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, the 29-year-old rapper’s new album, was announced in March and is still “coming soon.”
The official video for Logic and Eminem’s collaboration single “Homicide” has been released. The song includes a clip of comedian Chris D’Elia’s dead-on impersonation of Eminem, who also appears in the video, which features body doubles, screens, and surveillance.
Logic has had a very active year. Back in March, the 29-year-old rapper teased a new album, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, which is still “coming soon.”
That same month, he released two new Mac DeMarco-produced songs, “I’m Probably Gonna Rock Your World” and “Vacation From Myself.” The tracks were from his Supermarket project, which was named after his debut novel, which went on to become a New York Times number one bestseller, making him the only rapper in history to accomplish so.

For D’Elia, that was yet more confirmation that Em is “the best” in his opinion. “He sees the humor, and him retweeting it was just…” he pauses. While D’Elia claims Shady hasn’t directly contacted him, he has been messaging with Logic, who will feature “Homicide” on his upcoming fifth album, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, and says he’s a major admirer of his as well.
