Nicki Minaj drops a new song ‘Sorry’ featuring Nas.
Nicki Minaj’s new long-awaited album ‘Queen‘s is out now but she isn’t stopping from releasing new music. Nicki Minaj gave the green light to Funkmaster Flex on Hot 97 to premiere her collaboration with Nas called ‘Sorry‘. In the song, the duo talks about their relationship which they had last year.
Minaj and her team debated whether to delay the release of “Queen” even further while working to clear Chapman’s “Baby Can I Hold You” earlier this month. The 35-year-old rapper ultimately chose to stretch the album’s release date to August 17, but the album was released early.
The song is a love ballad between Minaj and Nas, who dated for eight months before splitting up in January 2018. “Ain’t losing watches, but he always finds time with me /We keep it classy when we eat, it’s that fine dining / But between love and hatred, baby, there’s a delicate line,” Minaj raps on the single.
