Joyner Lucas drops “Will” Remix with Will Smith.
Joyner Lucas released his long-awaited album ‘ADHD‘ in March which also featured a track called ‘Will‘ which was entirely dedicated to Actor Will Smith.
Lucas released a music video for “Will” in March, in which he reenacted some of Smith’s most famous roles ““The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” “Bad Boys,” “Men in Black,” and “Pursuit of Happiness” are just a few of the shows that come to mind. Smith described the act as “humbling and honorable.” And now he’s paid it forward by contributing a verse to the official remix in the finest manner imaginable.
Will Smith also praised the video and admitted to watching it over 9 times. Now Joyner Lucas is back with the official remix of that track which features assistance from Will Smith himself.
Listen as Smith mentions Nelson Mandela, Julius Erving, and Muhammad Ali before reflecting on his own significance and bemoaning that people had forgotten about him “I must have forgotten who came up with the phrase “Get Jiggy.” He also claims to have sold sixty million CDs while “doing it all with no swear words.”
