Joey Badass drops “THUGZ CRY”.
Joey Badass performed a cover of Prince’s iconic song ‘When Doves Cry’ last month on Australian radio station’s triple j’s ‘Like A Version’ series and after a good response from fans, the Brooklyn rapper returns with the studio version of the song which is called “THUGZ CRY“. It is produced by Nastee and 1-900.
Joey releases his new track “Thugz Cry” as part of his vow to release new music from himself and the Pro Era crew on a regular basis. Joey’s musicianship expands beyond rapping with each album. On “Thugz Cry,” he shows off his singing ability as well as some bars along the way. The song was produced by 1-900 and NasteeLuvzYou, and it contains extra vocals by Kirk Knight and Raury.
