EARTHGANG & Wale drops a new song “Options”.
After contributing to their supergroup Spillage Village’s latest project “Spilligion” in September, Dreamville’s EARTHGANG returns with some new material as they team up with Wale for a new song called “Options” which was teased back in April.
This is the duo’s first song since their first album Mirrorland was published in 2019. Despite not releasing much solo work this year, they have collaborated with musicians such as Gorillaz, TOkiMonsta, Louis the Child, and others. EarthGang also collaborated with Spillage Village on the album “Spilligion”, and they were just nominated for a 2021 Grammy for Best R&B Song for their tune “Collide” with Tiana Major9.
EarthGang recently surprised their fans with the release of their “Lemon Pepper Freestyle (Remix).” Back in September, their collaborative Spillage Village released their Spilligion project, that also showcased special guests such as Chance the Rapper, Lucky Daye, Ari Lennox, and Masego. Singles like “Baptize,” “Hapi,” and “End of Daze” preceded the album.
