NBA Youngboy drops a new song “Nevada”.
Following the release of “White Teeth” in May, NBA Youngboy returns to the music scene with some new material as he releases a brand new song called “Nevada“. The song features production from TnTXD and Vadebeatz.
“Ni**as dyin’, fallin’ stars through the night
And I been thinkin’ ’bout you every night
If you happy, I know that I should be alright
‘Cause this tragic and I can’t seem for to decide,” he raps in the intro.
YoungBoy’s legal team is attempting to get him released on home arrest as he awaits his trial. On March 22, the Baton Rouge rapper was arrested on charges related to an incident that occurred in September. The 21-year-old is charged with a variety of felonies, including gun and drug possession.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again made a surprising cameo on Tyler, The Creator’s CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST highlight “WASYANAME” just before July, causing many to consider it one of the finest tracks of the year.
It’s safe to assume YoungBoy is still working on the highly anticipated Sincerely, Kentrell, which is set to feature prior songs including “Territorial,” “Green Dot,” “How I Been,” “White Teeth,” and “I Ain’t Scared.” Following last year’s Top, YoungBoy’s second official album, which had 21 tracks and guest appearances from Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne, the next album will be released this year. That project was also a huge financial success, earning YoungBoy his third number one album and a Gold certification owing to 126,000 first week album equivalent sales.
Sincerely, Kentrell opened at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart, earning 137,000 album-equivalent units (with 10,000 in pure sales) in its first week, according to MRC Data. YoungBoy’s fourth number one debut in the United States. The album’s 23 tracks have also had a total of 186.29 million on-demand streams.
YoungBoy Never Broke Again made a surprising debut on Tyler, The Creator’s CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST highlight “WASYANAME” just before July arrived, causing many to consider it one of the finest songs of the year. Tyler even took to social media to express his admiration for YoungBoy in response to a fan.
In this song, Youngboy might be referring to a variety of persons, including some of his ex-lovers/babymoms or even some of his late friends who died as a result of gun violence (Big Dump, Dave etc). He is indicating to whomever this phrase is aimed that it is unfortunate that he cannot hold them, therefore he is instead clutching onto his weapon. Unfortunately, this is the reason Youngboy is currently in legal difficulty, defending a federal gun accusation.
