NBA YoungBoy drops a new song “Territorial”.
The Baton Rouge rapper who was arrested last month is still incarcerated under federal custody on weapons charges but he makes sure that the fans keep getting new music. NBA Youngboy today released a new track called “Territorial” which is produced by OG Parker. It is his first track since last month’s “I Ain’t Scared“.
YoungBoy raps lyrically through a narrative about his lover who holds things down while he takes care of business on “Territorial,” but it’s unclear who he’s referring to.
The rapper who recently welcomed a child with Yaya Mayweather is now expecting another child with his girlfriend Jazlyn Mychelle.
You ask how I feel
Like I’m stranded out all alone on the road
Tryin’ to find some good in this route I chose
Tryin’ to see why someone so beautiful want my soul
NBA Youngboy was detained in Los Angeles last month after escaping from a car that had been stopped up with a firearm inside. NBA YoungBoy has now been sentenced to remain in detention pending his court hearing following his arrest, which was captured on video.
YoungBoy was ordered to remain in custody pending trial by U.S. District Judge Shelly D. Dick in Louisiana. Dick cited YoungBoy’s “characteristics” and history of probation violations as reasons to keep him behind the prison. YoungBoy’s wealth, according to the state attorney, prevented him from being granted a release because he would be able to pay practically any fee thrown at him, allowing him to pose a “risk of danger” to the public.
