Lil Wayne shares a new track “Kat Food”.
After announcing it earlier this week, Lil Wayne unleashed his brand new song titled “Kat Food”. This is his first new offering since early this year’s “Kant Nobody” which posthumously featured DMX. The new song is produced by Charlie Handsome, FnZ and Roget Chahayed, and it is reportedly off Wayne’s next album “Tha Carter VI”.
“My AK-47 got my 40 jealous / Green goblin, she red robbing, we look like watermelon / Last ni–a gave me stank eye, I let the coroner smell him / Everybody screaming “Thank God,” I tell them all “You’re welcome”,” he raps.
Earlier this week, Wayne also contributed to Skyp Bayless’ talk show Undisputed with a new theme song titled “Good Morning.” In related news, Weezy is set to make his return to MTV VMAs for his first performance in over 10 years.

Lil Wayne last released an album was in January 2020, when he dropped the “Funeral.” It consists of 24 tracks with a runtime of 1 hour and 16 minutes. This project showcases Weezy’s versatility, combining elements of his mixtape style and studio experimentation. Some standout tracks include “Sights and Silencers,” “Never Mind,” and “Mama Mia.” Funeral debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart, moving over 139,000 album-equivalent units, with 38,000 of which were pure album sales.
