Lil Baby shares the new song “Detox”.
After assisting DJ Khaled on two tracks “Big Time” and “Staying Alive” for GOD DID album, Lil Baby is back with his solo run. The Atlanta rapper has now released a brand new track titled “Detox”. The “My Turn” hitmaker was supposed to drop his new album in July, but it was pushed back and a new release date is yet to be announced.
“One life, two kids, three houses, 4 Gang, five hundred for a show / Six rings, MJ, seven days, ni**as weak, eight cars I don’t drive / Nine time out of ten I’ma be the one wo win / Runnin’ up lot of sh*t, gotta get ’em ‘fore the summer end,” he raps.
The Atlanta rapper recently had two appearances on DJ Khaled’s God Did album, such as on the Drake collaboration “Staying Alive,” and collaborated with Travis Scott, Nav, and Senior on “Come Up” last month. “I think this my be my first single off the album,” he wrote alongside the preview. “I kno y’all tired of waiting ‘It’s Only Me’ sooooooon. them other snippets ain’t go make it.” His multi-time partner in crime Drake popped up in the comments to add, “Been rolling to this for a month…WHAM really a GUY.”
