KXNG Crooked drops a new song “Schea Cotton”.
KXNG Crooked returns with some new solo material as he releases a brand new song called “Schea Cotton” along with the official video. The title is named after California’s professional basketball player who played for 10 years professionally but never reached the NBA. “I know a lot of y’all don’t like to say my name when you talk about lyricism, this is for you,” Crooked says to kick off the track. The Rap Connoisseur shows off some amazing bars and lyricism while rapping in a garage, accompanied by a few talented musicians playing guitar and drums.
The beautiful flow of deftly executed rhymes then takes the listener on a trip as Crook discusses his position in hip hop, his influence, and his achievement. KXNG mentions some of the prominent personalities in the game, including several he notably linked to in his Crook’s Corner interviews.
In the song, Crooked raps: “You all will not mention my name, you hatin’ / I guess that is what happens when you interview Rakim and you are in Eminem’s Top Ten.”
The Long Beach legend recently assisted Hi-Rez on his single called “Playground” which also featured Indian rapper KRSNA.
