KXNG Crooked drops a new song “My Paper Thin”.
KXNG Crooked returns with some new material as he drops a surprise release called “My Paper Thin”. The track is over the instrumental of Brooklyn’s MC Lyte’s song “Paper Thin”, which appeared on her debut album “Lyte as a Rock” in 1988.
“Woke up around noon, I had an hangover
Poured some Jack and soda, I can’t remain sober
I got the kind of stress you blow out your brains over
If I don’t get that money, it’s game over
Hopped in my Chevy, I was tipsy when I left
Pulled up to the Chevron, whiskey on my breath,” he raps.
The new track follows up Crooked’s previous offering “Schea Cotton” which dropped in July. Named after a basketball prodigy who went undrafted despite his apparent skill. Crook’s title is both a statement and a challenge to the game. Earlier tonight, KXNG Crooked also assisted Joell Ortiz on his new album “Autograph” on the song called “Housing Authority”.
