Kid Cudi enlist Ty Dolla Sign for “Willing To Trust”.
Kid Cudi is prepping the release of his new album “ENTERGALACTIC“, which will arrive with an animated series and both will drop on September 30th.
The rapper continues the roll out as he teams up with Ty Dolla Sign for a brand new song titled “Willing To Trust”. “I always wanted to do something visual accompanying an album, but so many people have tried that,” he said about his upcoming project. “I just wanted to figure out another approach that hadn’t been done before. With this, the process was really simple. I masterminded this whole thing and said, ‘Okay, it’s best if I make the music first and then we go in and write the scripts.'”
“Yeah, if we ain’t got trust we ain’t got nothin’ / Is this really love, what it’s bеcomin’? / Funny how we turned into somethin’ / Said you wasn’t even lookin’ for a boyfriend,” he raps.
“Entergalactic is everything I’ve always wanted to do,” Cudi remarked. “It all began with the music, which assisted in bringing this plot and these people to life.” Entergalactic is unlike anything I’ve ever done, certainly my most ambitious project to date; I can’t wait for you to finally experience it.”
