Joyner Lucas shares the new music video “Blackout”.
After announcing it earlier this week, Joyner Lucas join forces with Future for their collab called “Blackout”. This follows up last month’s “Devil’s Work 2”, and it is the latest offering off his forthcoming album “Not Now, I’m Busy”. This will be Lucas’ second studio effort, and a follow-up to 2020’s debut album “ADHD“.
“I got coke plugs, I got bass plugs, and I think I’m Pablo (Brr, think I’m Pablo) / If this rap sh*t never worked out, then I’d be El Chapo (Brr, be El Chapo) / Got a stash spot for the cash drops and a blacked-out Tahoe (For the blacked-out Tahoe) / Put a ten of cash in a duffel bag, sh*t, back to Cabo (For real),” raps Joyner.
Joyner’s latest release, “Blackout,” follows his emotionally charged track “Devil’s Work Part 2,” where he explores the idea of altering the course of time to prevent certain tragic events. In the track, Joyner raps about preventing Will Smith from slapping Chris Rock, stopping Kobe Bryant from taking a helicopter in January 2020, and removing vape cartridges from Brittney Griner’s bag before her trip to Russia.
