Joey Badass returns with the new track “Rev3nge”.
Following an announcement earlier this week, Joey Badass makes his return to the music scene with a brand new single called “Reve3ge”. It follows up his last year’s offering “Let It Breathe“. The song is produced by Powers Pleasant and it comes along with an official video directed by Child.

“Heard they was sleepin’ again, say it no more / This is a rude awakenin’, kick in the door / Back and I’m better than ever before / Don’t get it mistaken, I’m ready for war / I see the opps and I’m uppin’ the score / I catch a body then jump in the Porsche,” he raps.
“The Rev3nge,” produced by Powers Pleasant, sees the Pro Era member ruminating on his victorious comeback to the rap game. Joey launched his three-track package The Light Pack over 17 months ago, and the song, which he played multiple times last year, arrives nearly 17 months later.
Joey revealed on Instagram earlier this month that his third album, the follow-up to 2017’s All-Amerikkkan Badass, will be released at some point in 2022. “When the album dropping? S**t, the album dropping this year fasho. Fasho, fasho,” he said during an Instagram Live broadcast. “I ain’t gonna say exactly when, though, because there’s certain rappers who be on my heels. So I’ma just, you know—it’s coming, though.”

The single kicks off the campaign for his next studio album, a follow-up to 2017’s “All-Amerikkkan Badass“.
