Freddie Gibbs connects with Rick Ross on “Ice Cream”.
Freddie Gibbs recently indulge in an unwanted feud with Griselda’s Benny the Butcher, and it was also reported that he’s prepping a new diss track for the rapper. Now Gibbs makes his music return as he links up with Rick Ross for a new song called “Ice Cream”, which is produced by Kenny Beats. The duo previously teamed up on Alfredo song “Scottie Beam”.
“Ni**a took it from the box Chevy to the Bentley coupe / All night servin’ hard white, ni**a, P Miller in the Diddy suit / Both seats, f**kin’ your bi**h, had to put a baby in a ni**a booth / Hunnid bi**hes in the penthouse, I be too loud, let the ni**a loot,” raps Gibbs.
Freddie Gibbs is currently working on his upcoming project, which is said to be the album of the year. “It’s another album of the year,” Gibbs said. “I’m about to go and work with Pharrell next week. Madlib, Working On Dying, The Alchemist, Sevn Thomas, Hit-Boy. I just talked to [Mike Will Made-It]. It’s gonna be the best produced album that I ever made.”
Gibbs has a lot on his plate this year. “Ice Cream” drops just in time for his Coachella set with Madlib. Freddie Gibbs made his big-screen debut earlier in 2022, starring in the award-winning upcoming feature film “Down” with the King and guesting on episodes like 50 Cent’s “Power Book IV: Force” and Peacock’s “Bust Down.”
