Dot Da Genius enlist Kid Cudi, Denzel Curry & JID for “Talk About Me”.
Dot Da Genius decided to drop some heat as he teams up with Kid Cudi, Denzel Curry and J.I.D for his latest single called “Talk About Me”. All three rapper contributes with one verse each, while Denzel Curry also handles the Chorus duty.
“I’ve been in music for a long time, right now I’m understanding what phase and era I’m entering,” said Dot Da in a statement to Complex. “It feels good to finally make the decisions, decide what looks good, and just get my vision out to the people that supported me all this time. There are so many kids out there that have supported me, so I want to give them something to hold on to.”
“Tell me what the fuck do people know about the bros? / Bunch of pie flippin’ ni**as, they don’t work at Dominos / Take a slice out a ni**a, delivery, not Digornio / Dinner before the sundown, then I was out the front door,” raps JID.
Cole Bennett also created a Lyrical Lemonade music video for “Talk About Me,” which you below . The Lyrical Lemonade music video, which was directed by Cole Bennett, perfectly conveys the spirit of the song. Each rapper’s bars are accompanied by distinctive graphics, and Dot is portrayed as a mad genius observing the entire performance from behind his security cameras. Along with the excitement of “Talk About Me,” the video’s melting black-and-white image works beautifully.
