DJ Khaled shares “Staying Alive” with Drake and Lil Baby.
After teasing it for some time now, DJ Khaled is back with his first release of 2022 as he dropped his brand new single called “Staying Alive”. The track features assistance from hitmakers Drake and Lil Baby.
“They want to finish me, so I went and got Drake and Lil Baby. They never believed in me. Why do you think I win so much? Because of you,” he said in a clip from the music video shoot. “Are you [pointing finger emoji] a believer? Or do I need to continue to show you? [raised eyebrow emoji]I can show you better than I can tell you. [key emoji],” he wrote in the caption. “My brother [Drake] I want thank you for being a true friend and always believing in me . Means a lot… u dunno,” he wrote in another clip.

Although each artist has previously collaborated with DJ Khaled individually, this is the first time the two rappers have joined forces on one of his songs, “Staying Alive.” The Boy previously collaborated with Rick Ross and Lil Wayne on the triple-platinum singles “POPSTAR” and “For Free,” the platinum single “GREECE,” and the gold-certified singles “To The Max,” “I’m On One,” and “No New Friends.” Khaled and Lil Baby also contributed to the triple-platinum single “Every Chance I Get” with Lil Durk and the platinum single “You Stay” with Meek Mill and J Balvin.
The song is the first release off his upcoming 13th studio album “God Did” which is dropping on August 26th.
