DJ Khaled drops “For Free” featuring Drake.
DJ Khaled returns with new material as he teams up with Drake for a new track titled “For Free“. It is the lead single off his upcoming album titled ‘Major Key’.
The title was inspired by “your boy from Compton,” aka Kendrick Lamar, Drake’s biggest adversary (status-wise), who reminded us on To Pimp a Butterfly that “this d**k ain’t free.” Drake has similar feelings about manhood, and he wonders aloud whether his current flex (teenage model Hailey Baldwin, perhaps?) ever worries how she gets such amazing work for nothing. Though Views is still No. 1 on the albums chart, and 14 of its singles are now on the Hot 100, it is in its fourth week.
Khaled & Friends will co-headline Hot 97’s Summer Jam event at Met Life Stadium in New York City on Sunday, among big hitters like Future, G.O.O.D. Music with Pusha T & Big Sean, and many more. He’ll be bringing out all types of “family” for what’s sure to be a historic performance packed of surprises, ready to get the entire stadium on its feet.
