Curren$y drops “Drive By” featuring Future.
After giving us a visual for Ty Dolla $ign assisted Superstar, Curren$y returns with another new collaboration. This time he connects with Ty Dolla $ign for a new track titled “Drive By“. It’s produced by Purps of 808 Mafia. The track will appear on his new album Canal Street Confidential, which will be in the stores today.
“Drive-By” arrives a week after CSC’s previous song, “Superstar,” which featured Ty Dolla $ign and whose video was released today. Purps of 808 Mafia produced the new tune, and he’s putting on a show on CSC, producing nearly half of the album. Spitta and Future sound like cold-hearted assassins over a frightening late-night instrumental provided by him. Currensy repeats on the hook, one hand on the wheel of a classic Impala, “drive by, kill ’em like a drive-by.”
