Cordae enlists Joey Badass for “Syrup Sandwiches.”
Cordae continues putting out new material as he teams up with Joey Badass for the new song titled “Syrup Sandwiches.” The song is produced by Smoko Ono & Thelonious Martin, and it follows up his previous offering “Mad As F*ck.”
“They stuck to the streets, like concrete, the hustle’s in me / They say “You got to beat the block up ’til your knuckles’ll bleed” / That mean a ni–a got to rap until the pen out of ink / Your team weak, like Justin Timberlake, y’all been out of sync,” raps Cordae.
“Let alone stop the rain, or block my aim, this not no game / So you better watch how you drop my name / Don’t you know my ni–as pop them things for some pocket change? / They’ll stick you up and rock your chains,” raps Joey.
This is the latest offering from the upcoming new third studio album “The Crossroads”, a follow-up to 2022 “From a Birds Eye View.”
