ASAP Ferg drops the new song “Green Juice”.
Last week, ASAP Ferg joined the management roster at Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, and also announced a new track. Today, ASAP Ferg has officially released a brand new single called “Green Juice“. The song features assistance from The Neptunes, the production duo of Pharell Williams and Chad Hugo.
“It has always been a dream to work with Jay-Z,” Ferg says on his deal with Roc Nation. “For decades I have looked up to the moves he’s made with his diverse range of business ventures but especially with companies like Roc-A-Fella and Roc Nation. His ability to build brands and create teams alongside leaders like Jay Brown is unmatched, and it feels good to be officially a part of the family.”
Ferg will sing the song for the first time at Rolling Loud’s New York City show on Oct. 30. He’s also collaborated with Uber Eats on a special promotion with Pressed. From Friday, October 29 through Friday, October 31, fans in New York and Los Angeles can receive the outpost’s green juice for a buy one, get one free deal, with every purchase serving as an entry into a sweepstakes for special signature gear.
The song also represents the beginning of a new chapter for Ferg, who teased its release last week after signing a management agreement with Roc Nation. “Working with Jay-Z has always been a dream of mine,” Ferg remarked at the time.
ASAP Ferg recently assisted Logic on the remix of “Perfect“, which also featured Lil Wayne.
